I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness.
 
This means we will be looking at how ALL ASPECTS of your life are connected to your health and happiness. You will discover that it is NOT ALL ABOUT FOOD, it’s about achieving your goals through a balanced diet and lifestyle. 

Your personalized program will radically improve your health and happiness.
Together, we will explore concerns specific to you and your body and discover the tools you need for a lifetime of balance. As your Health Coach, I will listen carefully and help you to navigate the world of contradictory nutrition advice to determine what changes are necessary for you.

FIND the foods and lifestyle choices that bring out the best in you

How It Works
In order to see lasting results in your habits and lifestyle, studies have shown that a person can greatly benefit the most by committing to longer term engagement. I see that greatest results when people commit to either the 3 month or 6 month program. At this time, I am not doing single sessions and I strongly feel that it is challenging for me to make progress on your health in only one consultation. After you fill out a short questionnaire that determines if I can support you with improving your health and that you are committed in taking back your health, you will be sent payment instructions. All sessions are held via telephone, skype or google voice/video calling. I have a limited number of in-person appointments available in the LA area.
