Many people are hungry for nutrition. They don't even know it. Many of us today are overnourished with the wrong foods or undernourished with not enough of the right foods. Even more importantly we are out of alignment with our jobs, relationships, exercise and connection to something greater than ourselves. 

When the body is nutritionally satisfied with nutrient dense foods, over-eating
 is seldom an issue. Moreover, when you are finding physical, emotional, and personal
 satisfaction in your life you are less prone to being stuck in the same patterns that may be holding you back. Ironically, the best time to create positive change in your life is when you are feeling stuck or feeling a need for a change. 

Many of us just want to look and feel good.  We also want a practical and enjoyable way to enhance, improve or transform our nutrition and lifestyle that will yield desirable results—hopefully for a lifetime. 

Most approaches to healthy eating dwell on calories, carbohydrates, fats, and proteins. Instead of creating lists of restrictions and good and bad foods, I coach my clients to explore basic improvements and implement gradual changes during our work together. As these pieces accumulate, my clients find the changes collectively create a much larger impact than they originally expected. We work on what you want to improve, and within the circumstances of your unique situation.
